Who we are

THE ZARIAH ELIZABETH FOUNDATION (TZE) was established in Nigeria with the sole aim of building capacity and skill development of younger generation through Information Communication Technology (ICT) training for personal development and helps to achieve the outgoing Millennium Development Goal 7 (MDGs)/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the country, which is to ensure a good education system/capacity building for the citizenry. The organization implements her programs through sensitization, awareness, periodic trainings, advocacy and lobbying of policy makers to see the change as regards education and human capacity development in our society.

THE ZARIAH ELIZABETH FOUNDATION (TZE) has been in existence for 4 years and currently, it has her staff/membership base in 2 states with 2 pilot programs in Nigeria, with nearly 200 individual’s member volunteers. We belongs to a number of coalitions such as; A World At School, Global Youth Ambassador and others.

The organization THE ZARIAH ELIZABETH FOUNDATION (TZE) is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as a non-political, non- profit making and non-governmental organization, with a mission to champion education for all societies in Africa as well as to develop/build human capacity in Africa particularly that of young African emerging leaders.

VISION STATEMENT
To see Nigeria and Africa where young people have basic education, highly skilled in ICT and also take the lead in social re-engineering of our community.

MISSION

To champion education for all societies in Africa
To create tech-entrepreneurs out of young people in Africa through our various ICT training and interventions.
To assist in fighting poverty in Africa by organizing periodic empowerment seminars, workshops and other interventions.

Our Programs

Business Incubation

We provide a platform for business acceleration and success of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services that include physical space, investment sourcing, coaching, support services, and networking connections.

Code 2 Create

The Goal is to introduce students to the world of ‘coding’ at an early stage and start a code club in the schools. Making students technology producers and not just users

Capacity Building

We engage in activities aimed at building capacity as a conceptual approach to social, behavioral change and leading to infrastructure and human capital development

ICT Summer Camp

We create platforms for students to develop technical skills during the holidays, provide mentors, support etc.

PROJECTS
THE ZARIAH ELIZABETH FOUNDATION (TZE) have carried out several programs in Kano State and Abuja.
Quiz Competition among Secondary school students in Kano State.
Distribution of writing materials to the students in Kano State
Conducted series ICT Training programs on how to build software for mobile Apps.
Trained young people on computer engineering and mobile phone repairs.
We supported a Youth Corps Member in constructing a safe drinking water in a community
